PURPOSE:To increase the relative dielectric constant of a dielectric porcelain having a small temperature change of the dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric ceramic base substance 12 of a ceramic capacitor 10 is made of BaTiO3 of 100 pts.mol, CaZrO3 of 1-7 pts.mol, NiO of 0.5-1.5 pts.mol, MnO of 0.1-0.3 pts.mol, and Re2O3 of 0.2-0.7 pts.mol (rare earth oxides). |
