PURPOSE:To carry out a quick emptying of tomato paste by a method wherein a lid of a large-sized container is taken off, a packing bag is opened, an emptying means connected to an upper part pressing member and a lower part pressing member is inserted into the bag, the upper part pressing member is fitted with an upper edge of the large-sized container and then the container is reversed upside down. CONSTITUTION:An emptying means is formed by connecting upper pressing members 11 to 13 which are U-shaped in the cross section and a ring-shaped lower part pressing member 21 through foot pieces 31 to 36. A lid of a large-sized container is taken off. an upper surface of a packing bag is cut and opened along an diagonal line of the large-sized container, and then, an opened end is bent toward an external periphery of the container. Next, an opening means is inserted into the packing bag thus opened, the upper part pressing members 11 to 13 are fitted with an upper edge while sandwiching three ends corresponding to them, and then fixed by a clamp. Finally the large-sized container is reversed in a direction in which no upper part pressing members of the opening means exist, then tomato paste can be emptied out. Further, at the time of finish of the emptying of the tomato paste, a small amount of water is sprayed on an internal peripheral surface of a package. By this, the tomato paste can be emptied out with a good yield and without over-diluting it. |
