PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic probe device which can reduce the occupying area of ultrasonic vibrators and enables the two-dimensional arrangement of these ultrasonic vibrator transducers and the process for production of the device. CONSTITUTION:This ultrasonic probe device has the ultrasonic vibrators, packing materials 18 arranged with the ultrasonic vibrators on their rear surfaces and lead wires 19, the one-side ends of which come into contact with the ultrasonic vibrators and the other-side ends penetrate these packing materials and is led out from the out-side of the packing materials 18. |
