PURPOSE:To ensure that a water-swelling seal-off material can be continuously molded on a concrete wall with high effectiveness by constituting a narrow band-like water seal-off material with both lateral surfaces and a lower surface which are almost plane and an upper surface which is of a continuous corrugated shape consisting of alternately continuous recessed and projecting parts. CONSTITUTION:Both lateral surfaces and the lower surface of a water seal-off material S can be molded effectively in the form of an almost flat surface by both lateral surfaces of the molding orifice 1 of a die and the inner surfaces of dies B, C for both lateral surfaces as well as the lower surface of the molding orifice 1 of the die and the upper surface 2 of a lower die D, in such a state that water-swelling rubber or resin is pressed out into the molding orifice 1 of the die from the extrusion orifice of a front die and then is extruded. In addition, a corrugated surface consisting of alternately continuous recessed part 4 and projecting parts 5 is formed continuously on the upper surface immediately after the extrusion of said surface from the upper surface of the molding orifice 1 of the die. |
