PURPOSE:To mold a laminate while holding the high modulus of elasticity, in producing the laminate by thermally fusing two or more layers composed of a thermoplastic resin with the unidirectional modulus of elasticity in bending of 5GPa or more, by setting the surface tamp. of the resin to the range from the thermal deformation tamp. of the resin to the thermal deformation temp. +100 deg.C at a time of thermal fusion. CONSTITUTION:A laminate is obtained by thermally fusing two or more layers composed of a thermoplastic resin with the unidirectional modulus of elasticity in bending of 5GPa or more. Thermal fusion is performed so that the relation between the surface tamp. of the thermoplastic resin and the thermal deformation temp. HDT is set to the range of [HDT] to [HDT]+100 deg.C. Further, the resin layers are laminated so that the flow directions of them are different. By this method, a laminated molded object reduced in anisotropy can be obtained while the high modulus of elasticity of the resin is held. |
