PURPOSE:To obtain a tape printer member preventing release paper from releasing from an adhesive layer before use, producing a label superior in resistance to fretting and free from contamination on end faces with a low energy, and providing printing on the full width of a transfer medium. CONSTITUTION:A tape printer member contains a thermal transfer ink ribbon and an adhesive tape. An ink layer of the thermal transfer ink ribbon contains at least 30wt.% thermoplastic resin having a softening temperature of 60 to 150 deg.C. The adhesive tape comprises a plastic film with a coating layer mainly composed of a thermoplastic resin having a softening temperature of 60 to 200 deg.C on its surface; an adhesive layer coated with 10 to 50g/m<2> of adhesive material having a ball tack of 6 or less and an adhesive power of 500 to 1000 g/25mm; and release paper. |
