The invention relates to a device making it possible, by virtue of its elasticity, to walk a pet without risk of falling, and to produce the leash-handle-collar assembly in a single piece via a clasp loop system avoiding any risk of injury. It consists of a uniform elastic leash pierced by holes (2) or buttonholes, regularly spaced. One end equipped with a conical end part (1) is inserted into one of the holes (2) provided for this purpose, creating a loop (A), then is passed back into the hole (2') in order to create a clasp loop (B); the loop (A) forms either a collar, or a handle, or a belt, or an attachment by the same looping process. When tension is exerted on the leash, the clasp loop crushes at (Z), forming, by this crushing phenomen, a knot closing the loop (A). This device according to the invention is particularly intended for the owners of animals. <IMAGE>
