PURPOSE:To moderate traffic jams on roads in the neighborhood of parking lots by measuring the state of the traffic jams in the neighborhood of the parking lots, and thereby determining a guide method for guiding the cars going out from the parking lots to the respective going-out outlets. CONSTITUTION:A parking lot network consists of plural parking lots 301a to 301f and a passage 302, and gates 303a to 303f are installed at the entrances of the parking lots. Next, car going-out outlets 304a to 304c and car coming-in inlets 305a to 305c respectively having gates are also installed in the passage 302, and display devices 306a to 306i for giving guide-indications and guidance are installed in the network. Further, devices for counting the number of cars are added to the respective gates, and the measured numbers of coming-in cars and going-out cars are stored in a central processing unit as data. The data are utilized-processed directly or as actual results for prediction by the central processing unit so as to determine the guide-indications and a guide method. Furthermore, guide-information on the respective car going-out outlets, indication-information for guiding the going-out cars to the determined going-out outlets, are displayed on the display devices 306a to 306i. |
