PURPOSE: To obtain a dyeing material having an excellent color fastness by treating a natural or synthetic polyamide fiber with good levelness and fixing property in the presence of a leveling assistant with three primary color dyes arranged by a specific dye mixture and other dye of good compatibility. CONSTITUTION: A wool and a wool/synthetic polyamide fiber are dyed in the presence of a leveling assistant and in the presence or absence of an alkali metal fluorosilicate or ammonium fluorosilicate by using three primary color compound dyes having excellent compatibility comprising a mixture of a yellow type dye expressed by the formulae I-III, a mixture of a blue type dye expressed by the formula IV and V, and a red type dye of the formula VI and of one kind among the formula VII-IX. The mixing rate of each dye in the dye mixture based on the mixture of 100 part is preferable within the following range; for the yellow dye, the formula I is 1-20 part, the formula II is 5-50 part, the formula III is 40-90 part, for the blue dye, the formula IV is 10-90 part, the formula V is 10-90 part, and for the red dye, the formula VI is 5-40 part and the formula VII is 60-95 part, or the formula VI is 5-50 part, the formula VIII is 10-70 part and the formula IX is 5-50 part.
