PURPOSE:To improve the radio wave utilization efficiency by recording receiving frequency band information of a mobile station in a subscriber table of an exchange. CONSTITUTION:Two bands of an AMHZ band and a BMHZ band are set to a radio circuit, and when a mobile station 2 can utilize both these frequency bands, a controller 7 is provided with a means for registering information related to a frequency utilized for its call at every mobile station 1-3 by allowing it to correspond to the registered contents of a subscriber 14, and a means for controlling the call by its frequency. When calling comes to the stations 1-3, a call is executed by the AMHZ band or the BMHZ band. When there is an answer from the stations 1-3 with respect to the call, a base station 4 is subjected to trunk connection to an exchange 15, an exchange connection is executed, and a communication is finished, the circuit is released. Unless there is an answer from the stations 1-3, the station 4 transmits an unconnectable communication to the station 15. The device 7 receives position registering information related to the stations 1-3 from the station 4, and registered it in the table 14. In such a way, the utilization efficiency of radio wave can be improved and the subscriber capacity can be increased.
