<p>Methods are provided for the production of a growth enhancing media supplement (GEMS) from Cohn fraction IV4 derived from human serum. Methods are also provided for the culture of a diverse array of mammalian cells in GEMS, which effectively replaces fetal bovine serum in these cultures.</p> |
