发明名称 METHOD FOR REMOVING NOX
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the method for reducing away NOx with high efficiency by bringing waste gases into contact with specific catalysts under a specific atmosphere in a high-temp. region to low-temp. region. CONSTITUTION:The catalyst deposited with vanadium on a metal oxide contg. sulfate radicals and the waste gases contg. the NOx are brought into contact with each other in the presence of hydrocarbons or oxygen-contg. compd. in the oxidizing atmosphere where excess oxygen exists. The waste gases are brought into contact with the catalyst under the same conditions and are then brought into contact with the oxidizing catalyst. The vanadium-deposited sulfate radical-contg. metal oxide catalyst has high activity even in the low-temp. region of <=300 deg.C and removes the NOx in the waste gases with the high efficiency by accelerating the reaction of the hydrocarbons or the oxygen-contg. compd. and the NOx in preference to the reaction of the hydrocarbons or the oxygen-contg. compd. and the oxygen.
