<p>PURPOSE:To automatically connect flexible hoses and the like together by forming one side hose point into a recessed coupler while forming the other side hose point into a projecting coupler and arranging guiding means in both of the couplers so that the projecting coupler is guided and connected to the recessed coupler. CONSTITUTION:When a hose 10, which is extended from a bladder ring 9 clamping and holding a raw tire 1 with a bladder 6, is connected to a hose 17, which is inserted into a pipe 15 running in the center of a vulcanizer 5 to the axial direction, in a vulcanizer 5 for a large size pneumatic tire, a recessed coupler 23 is fixed and installed in the point end of the hose 10 from the upper side by a clamping member 22. On the other hand, a projecting coupler 40 is projectingly arranged toward the upper side from the inside on the upper face of a joint platform 35, and the hose 17 is connected to the base end of the projecting coupler 40 through the inside of the joint platform 35. Then, a guiding member arranged in the projecting coupler is guided so that the recessed coupler 23 is connected to the projecting coupler 40, and consequently, the hose 10 and the hose 17 are connected together.</p> |
