PURPOSE:To suppress the secondary resonance response by adding the mass at the intersection between the end face and the center line passing through the center of the opposing end faces of the square plate and then giving the adjustment within the range which does not affect the main resonance. CONSTITUTION:Mass 15 and 15' are added to the intersections between end faces 14 and 14' and the center line passing through the center of opposing end faces 14 and 14' of square plate 11. The mass is the material which features the viscosity and functions as the mechanical resistance, and is composed of the bonding agent, the coating material and the like. Thus the adjustment can be given properly within the range which does not affect the main resonance. As a result, the secondary resonance response can be suppressed. |
