摘要 The invention is based on the object of providing a quick adjustment device for controlling even large changes in resonator lengths, which adjustment device is suitable both for rapidly compensating fluctuations in ambient temperature and for modulation. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the heater can be controlled and can be applied to the laser tube in the form of an electrically conductive layer, the layer preferably consisting of nickel, silver or a similar coating which is applied in a planar, bifilar or meandering structure with the aid of a coating agent. The invention relates to a device for frequency stabilisation of He-Ne internal mirror lasers on the main beam or on the rear beam, consisting of an optical assembly, a measuring transducer, a control unit, an electronic drive unit for the heater, and a heater as adjustment element of the control circuit. <IMAGE>
