PURPOSE:To hold antithrombus property for a long time by using an antithrombus material in which antithrombus polysaccharide is supplied to be coupled to an organic high-molecular base material through a silane crosslinked structure or through the silane crosslinked structure and a spacer for a part in contact with blood to keep the antithrombus polysaccharide from separating during the use thereof. CONSTITUTION:Material has a silane coupling agent immobilized on an organic high-molecular base material having a hydroxide group and an antithrombus polysaccharide thereon through a spacer as desired. The coupling of the organic high-molecular material to the silane coupling agent and the coupling of the silane coupling agent to the antithrombus saccharide or the coupling of the silane coupling agent to the spacer and the coupling of the spacer to the antithrombus polysaccharide are all covalent bonds. The material having a structure of bonding the silane coupling agent crosslinked is used for a part in contact with blood. Thus, the antithrombus polysaccharide will not separate easily during the use thereof, thereby enabling the holding of antithrombus property for a long time. |
