PURPOSE:To generate no gap between a foot and shoes, and to improve a sense of use by forming a foot drum instep by sewing an outer instep and an inner instep in a foot instep area, sewing the foot drum instep to the tiptoe instep, sewing the tiptoe part, the bottom part and the heel part of the tiptoe instep and the foot drum instep and forming a bag-like moccasin type instep. CONSTITUTION:A foot drum instep 3 is formed by zigzag-sewing each of end parts R1, R11 of an outer instep 3a and an inner instep 3b. Subsequently, end parts N11, N1 of a tiptoe instep 2 and end parts N12, N2 of the foot drum instep 3 are zigzag-sew mutually, respectively.
