APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING DOUGH FOR THICK BLOCK OF DEEP-FRIED SILK-STRAINED BEAN CURD

PURPOSE:To prevent silk-strained bean curd from being broken or deformed by transferring the silk-strained bean curd from a soybean milk coagulating box having a frame unit and a detachable bottom plate in water into a mold box for dehydration pressing. CONSTITUTION:Silk-strained bean curd is sunk in water in a soybean milk coagulating box 10 having a frame unit 14 and a detachable bottom plate 16 using a bean curd taking out device 36. The silk-strained bean curd placed on the bottom plate and the frame unit are separated in the water. The bean curd placed on the bottom plate is then transferred to a mold box 64 for dehydration pressing in the water with a mold box transfer device 54 having a guide frame 58 surrounding the upper part of three sides except the side of the bean curd taking out device of the mold box 64 and a bean curd transfer plate 60.
