<p>PURPOSE:To freely practice the wind instrument at home without worrying about a noise problem by putting the whole musical instrument in a special box in consideration of how much sound insulation effect is improved. CONSTITUTION:Open-cellular sponge is formed into a cylinder in single - triple structure, the wind instant is put therein, and the internal diameter of the open- cellular sponge cylinder is made close to the thickness of the wind instrument. Further, the cylinder is covered with a rubber-made sound insulating sheet, etc., and the top and bottom parts are lidded with open-cellular sponge 3, rubber- made sound insulating sheets 4, and acryl plates 5; and the whole body is put in another cylinder formed of a larger rubber-made sound insulating sheet 10, etc., and the top and bottom parts are lidded into the same structure to form the sound insulating device in double structure on the whole. Further, the acryl plates 5 are covered with open-cellular sponge 16 and black cell sponge 17 which are equal in diameter and thickness to the acryl plates 5 so as to insulate sound from the top and bottom parts. Therefore, the sound of the wind instrument can be made weaker than the original sound.</p> |
