Loudspeaker membrane with spherical and conical membranes

The loudspeaker membrane is formed from two membrane parts (1, 2) eg. a spherical membrane (1) and a conical membrane (2), which together form an airtight space (3). The airtight space is filled with compressed air or another gas.The compressed air or gas has a higher pressure than the external atmospheric pressure. The pressure preferably corresponds to the sum of the maximum acceleration forces and alternating pressures exerted on the outer membrane part (1) for the operation of the loudspeaker as per regulations.
