PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance and low temperature resistance by winding reinforced cloth having urethane impermeable resin layer around a cylindrical inner metallic mold having a toothed groove group in the axial direction on the circumferential face, spirally winding a tension member thereon, fitting them into an outer mold, and injecting and hardening specific polyurethane elastomer therein. CONSTITUTION:Reinforced cloth 2 having urethane impermeable resin layer is wound around a cylindrical inner metallic mold 3 provided with a toothed groove group in the axial direction on the circumferential face. Next, a tension member 4 is spirally wound on the surface of the reinforced cloth 2, and they are concentrically set in an outer metallic mold 5. The inner and outer metallic molds 3, 5 are heated at about 100 deg.C, and polyurethane elastomer 10 in the vessel 9 for injection molding is pressed in the space 6 with a piston 11 and hardened. As to this polyurethane elastomer, material in which prepolymer constituted of over one sort of paraphenylene diisocyanate, polyester-series polyol, and polycarbonate-series polyol is combined with a hardening agent is used. After molding, the molded body is cut into rounded slices. |
