<p>PURPOSE:To enable to confirm visually whether tape run is made or not, by sequential illumination of a plurality of dots or bar display unit, while the displayed numeral at the lowest position of the tape run display unit is changed. CONSTITUTION:The ring shape magnet 2 is fitted on the circle of the reel stand 1, Hall IC3,4 are provided near it, the difference of phase of output voltage from the both Hall ICs is discriminated with the direction of rotation discrmination circuit 5, and the tape run amount is displayed on the display tube 14 by controlling the up down counters 6-9 with the output from the circuit 5. The output of the tetral counter 6 is fed to the decoder 10, and four sets of bar display elements 150-153 provided at the lowest position of the display tube 14 are sequentially illuminated with the output of the decoder 10. Thus, the running state of tape can continuously be monitored.</p> |
