<p>PURPOSE:To carry out simultaneously the dechlorination of polyvinyl chloride and the recovery of a plastic component not containing polyvinyl chloride by feeding composite waste plastic into plastic melt of given temperature, removing a flowing dechlorinated carbide and extracting melt not containing polyvinyl chloride. CONSTITUTION:Composite waste plastic containing polyvinyl chloride is fed into plastic melt of 250-300 deg.C in a first melting tank 4 of a plastic recovery device. Polyvinyl chloride is dechlorinated by the thermal decomposition to form a carbide C on a surface layer of the melt and floated on the liquid level. The floated dechlorinated carbide C is discharged to a receiving container 13 by a scooper conveyor 15. A molten material of composite waste plastic diving under a divider 16 is made to flow into a second melting tank 6, and undecomposed polyvinyl in the solution is decomposed completely, and the molten plastic material from which polyvinyl chloride is removed completely is discharged out of a discharge outlet 18.</p> |
