发明名称 NEW POLYETHER POLYOL AND PRODUCTION OF POLYURETHANE FOAM THEREFROM
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a low-density low-hardness flexible polyurethane foam by using a small amt. of water as the blowing agent without using specified chlorofluorocarbons and without detriment to the characteristics such as wet- heat compression set. CONSTITUTION:A polyether polyol having a mol.wt. of 2,000-7,000 is produced by the addition reaction of alkylene oxide using an ethylene oxide adduct of N-aminoethylpiperidine as the intiator. A flexible polyurethane hot-cure foam is produced by using 100 pts.wt. this polyol having a hydroxyl value of 40-80mgKOH/g and 4.6-6.0 pts.wt. water as the blowing agent, and a cold-cure foam is used by using 100 pts.wt. the polyol having a hydoxyl value of 23-50mgKOH/g and 2.5-5.0 pts.wt. water.
