PURPOSE: To easily align a closing member so as to prevent an inconvenient leakage, and improve adjusting characteristics of an adjusting device. CONSTITUTION: A first conical surface 37 of a closing member 30 is seated on a first corresponding surface 44 of an adjuster casing 13 when the closing member is at a closure position, while forming a first conical valve seat 38, a second conical surface 39 of the closing member is seated on a second corresponding surface 45 of a valve member 29 when the closing member is at an open position, while forming a second conical valve seat 40, both springs 28, 36 are disposed in parallel to each other, and force of the first spring 28 only is applied when the valve member 29 is adjusted to the open position or the closure position. |
