CONSTITUTION:The shearing heating part 59 provided to a mechanical heating means 51 heats ground waste from the outside thereof by a high frequency induction heating means 69 and the charged ground waste vulcanized rubber is heated to desulfurization temp. in the shearing heating part 59 by mechanical heating and induction heating to be depolymerized.
