PURPOSE:To enhance thermal conductivity of a resin-molded product and enable heat generated from a heat-generating source to be efficiently radiated without deteriorating lightweight properties and vibration-damping properties of the molded product by dispersedly arranging aluminum fibers and the like in a resin layer of the molded product on the side at least facing the heat-generating source. CONSTITUTION:A resin-molded product for vehicles comprises one or a plurality of thermoplastic resin layers. An example includes an oil pan 1 forming a part of the bottom face of a crank case of an engine. As shown in the enlarged figure (A), the oil pan 1 is formed of one resin layer 3 in which aluminum fibers or aluminum-vapor-deposited glass fibers 4 having an aluminum film 4b vapor-deposited on the surfaces of glass fibers 4a are dispersed. In order to secure strength properties of the resin-molded product, a preferable compounding ratio is 4 pts.wt. or so of fibers to 6 pts.wt. or so of resin. |
