PURPOSE:To revise the upper end of parison, which is prior to solidification, projected upward from the top of a mold into a flat and rising state, by a method wherein a deburring mechanism revising the upper end of the parison, which is prior to solidification, into the flat and rising state is arranged. CONSTITUTION:A deburring mechanism 70 is arranged on a position of a turntable 7 of a portal frame 67. The tip part of the deburring mechanism 70 is fixed to a bracket 71 fixed to the upper part between a part of opening and closing molds 8, 8 by nuts 72 each. A U-shaped fitting plate 74 is fitted to suspend four guide bolts 73,... and the lower ends of the guide bolts each. Then the upper ends 2a, 2a, 2a of molten parison each which are before solidification, penetrated, slid through a pair of guide shafts 75, 75 placed across both side parts 74a, 74a of a fitting plate 74 and projected through upward of the tops of a pair of the opening and closing molds 8, 8 are clamped. The title machine is constitute of a pair of clamps 76, 76 revising the upper ends of the parison into a flat and rising state by clamping them and a pair of air cylinders 77, 77 causing the clamps 76 each to perform abutting and separation. |
