PURPOSE:To obtain a separable optical head, in which an opening is closed up accurately even if an optical component of different shape is used and an adhesive is prevented from protruding into an optical path part. CONSTITUTION:The title optical head is provided with a sheet member 12 bonded to the surface around an opening, which is formed in a holding member 10 for the purpose of projecting light in the direction of a movable carriage part 50, and coming into contact with a polarization beam splitter 5 built in a fixed head 1. An adhesive 13 is packed between the polarization beam splitter 5 and sheet member 12 so that the opening is formed into a hermetically sealed structure. |
