PURPOSE:To prevent the fastening of a wound foil stocked on a wire stock means by arranging the constitution such that the tension of a tension addition means may not be transmitted to the foil of a wire stock means, being equipped with a tension cut means, which clamps the foil, between the tension addition means and the wire stock means. CONSTITUTION:A tension weight 27, which has pulleys 23 and 25, goes up and down along side shaft 31 and 32. A tension cut device 40 is provided between the pulleys 33 and 22. This tension cut device clamps the foil being passed between clamps 42 and 43 by a river 41. Thus, this is so arranged that the tension by the tension weight 27 may not be transmitted to the foil 21 of a wire bobbin. Hereby, a coil winder, which can prevent the fastening of the wire wound on the wire stock means, can be materialized. |
