PURPOSE: To provide a fuel injection apparatus for an internal combustion engine that does not need an additional mounting space for a fuel filter that prevents deposit of dirt particles in the pump. CONSTITUTION: A fuel filter 33 is arranged in a diversion control chamber 31 existing below a two-way magnet valve 25 that is arranged in a fuel feed line 19 for controlling start of fuel high pressure transmission, injection starting and injected fuel flow quantity in a pump work chamber 13. Furthermore, in order to prevent the fuel filter from intense diversion stream, a flow guide device 43 is provided between the magnet valve 25 and the fuel filter 33. |
