PURPOSE:To manufacture a cooling hole in an arbitrary shape and easily in the parts made of copper with a cooling hole, which are used as a cooling plate and an electrode. CONSTITUTION:A groove 3 is formed on the surface of at least one sheet of a copper plate 1 out of plural copper sheets 2. A tubular member 5 made of steel, consisting of plural pieces of divided members and when they are assembled, their sections become a hollow shape, is arranged in the groove 3. After integrating all the copper plates by a diffused junction with a hot isotactic pressure device, the tubular member 5 made of steel is removed in sulfuric acid solution to form a cooling hole. |
