<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an insulated wire excellent in working resistance and flexibil ity and difficult to be damaged by specifying tensile strength, tensile elastic modulus and adhesive force of an insulating film and a coefficient of static friction against a piano wire. CONSTITUTION:Pair is obtained by compounding 5 to 90 pts.wt. whiskers of 2mum or less fiber size and 50mum or less fiber length in 100 pts.wt. resin component of the paint selected from polyamideimde, polyimide and aromatic polyamide. The paint is applied to an electric wire and baked, to form an insulating film having 13kg/mm<2> or more tensile strength, 270kg/mm<2> tensile elastic modulus, 40kg/mm or more adhesive force and a 0.10 or less coefficient of static friction against a piano wire.</p> |
