CONSTITUTION:A mail information managing device 3 added to each electronic mail processor 1 is provided with a mail information management server 4 to operate independently of the mail system and an additional information acquisition interface 5 for acquiring additional information from the mail system 2, and the mail information management server 4 is provided with a communication control part 17. Then, the mail information management server 4 is constituted so as to execute the confirmation of the termination of the transmitted mail, the confirmation of the unreading or the reading of the transmitted mail, and the deletion processing of the transmitted mail by using the additional information acquired by the additional information acquisition interface 5. |
