Plasma address-form liquid crystal display device comprises a first and second substrate having liquid crystal therebetween, a plurality of strip-shape data electrode formed perpendicular to each other on the first substrate, a third substrate which is opposite to the outside of second substrate, single first electrode formed on third substrate, a plurality of isolation walls formed perpendicular to the data electrode on first electrode, a plurality of strip-shape second electrodes arranged in parallel with the isolation wall and electrically isolated from first electrode, thereby realizing a large-sized screen.
