PURPOSE:To control a reformer temperature to be constant when both city gas and methanol are used in the case where supply of the city gas is stopped by arranging a reformer combustion use air blower and an air blower rotation control means to control the number of revolutions. CONSTITUTION:When methanol is used as raw material fuel, since a heat quantity of hydrogen fuel gas becomes more surplus than when city gas is used, it is necessary to increase a methanol using time air blowing quantity more than an air blowing quantity of reformer combustion air to a reformer 2 when the city gas is used as the raw material fuel. When a surplus heat quantity in the reformer 2 is increased and a reformer temperature becomes higher than a preset temperature inputted beforehand to a control device 20, the number of revolutions of an air blower is increased and the air blowing quantity is increased by a revolution number control means 16 of a reformer combustion use air blower 40 from the control device 20. When the raw material fuel is switched to the city gas from the methanol to the contrary, it is controlled so as to reduce the air blowing quantity by inverse operation. |
