Sealing arrangement for intermediate chamber between machine parts

The arrangement has a sealing ring (7) and a tensioning ring (6) connected together externally to a groove (4) via a single or multitude of retaining elements. The retaining elements (9,10) assemble into the sealing arrangement at the base (14) of the groove.The retainers are at least partly non-rotatable on one of the low pressure side (N) groove flanks (15). They are designed to be stopping faces for the sealing and tensioning rings.
