PURPOSE:To perform the mounting works for a solar cell panel very easily and enhance the water cutting performance in the sub-water part. CONSTITUTION:Each solar cell panel 1 is made in a form approx. quadrangularly wherein the side end faces are surrounded by frame member, and a supporting tool 2 is equipped with a fixation part 21 fixed onto the underlay A, a rising part 22, and a detention part 23. The panels 1 are arranged in the form of rhombic thatching so that one diagonal of each panel lies alongside the flow direction while the other diagonal is in the horizontal direction, and also the inner surface of a frame member 4 located at the sub-water side slant edge member of the panel 1 is contacted with the detention part 23. In this contacting part, a fixing tool 6 is driven fast from the outside surface of the frame member 4. |
