<p>PURPOSE:To provide an exhaust gas cleaner in which poisonous elements exhausted by a diesel engine is adsorbed into take-up type filters, which are rotating, taken-up and easily replaced through cassette structure. CONSTITUTION:A driving shaft 8 and a discharge fan 12 are rotated by utilizing pressure of exhaust gas through an impeller 4. The driving shaft 8 is operated for driving a mesh belt 14 through a worm gear 9, a decelerating worm wheel 10, and a friction pulley 11. Two take-up type filters 13 are inserted into four take-up type filter core shafts 15, and unwound by driving the mesh belt 14. The exhaust gas, after driving the impeller 4, enters a spiral passage 7, rotates, separates, corpuscular carbide and other materials, in a cyclone and drops them on the bottom of a main body casing 1. The gas advances, passes through the take-up type filters driven by the mesh and the mesh itself, and is discharged through the next take-up type filter 13 and the mesh. Suctioning is performed by means of the discharge fan 12.</p> |
