PURPOSE:To provide the document processor where margins like an upper margin and a lower margin most suitable for selected form size and form direc tion can easily be confirmed on a display device. CONSTITUTION:When one desired form size name and its form direction are selected through a print format information setting picture displayed on the display device, display data to display the outer line of this form with a size proportional to the form size is read out from a ROM and is displayed on the display device (S36). When the upper margin and the lower margin of the form displayed on the display are set by corresponding to their names, display data to display the margin area of the upper margin and that of the lower margin is obtained by calculation and is inverted and displayed on the display device. |
