PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a solar bell having a high efficiency in converting solar energy to electric energy at low cost. CONSTITUTION:On an insulative substrate 9 on which a plurality of heterogenous or homogenous metal fine wires, constituting positive and negative electrodes 4 and 6, are provided alternately, a plurality of silicon semiconductor wires 10 are provided on the metal fine wires in parallel with them so that the semiconductor wires 10 intersect with the fine wire. |
