PURPOSE: To ensure a sufficient performance through a simple structure at low cost by providing a first switch for interrupting DC current periodically disposed at an upper stage of a bridge arm, and a second switch disposed at an lower stage of the bridge arm. CONSTITUTION: A positive pulse generated from a digital control unit 5 and supplied through a transformer 6 to a secondary circuit 14 closes a first switch 1 and a negative pulse opens the first switch 1. A second switch 32 is controlled directly by the digital control unit 5 through a butter element 30. Output current from the transformer 6 is sampled between a pin 33 and the earth 34. When an appropriate control procedure is established, the digital control unit 5 can control the current of power.
