摘要

PURPOSE:To produce liquid product under utilization of energy produced through a maintaining operation of a raw material compressor at a daytime in the case that a midnight operation is carried out. CONSTITUTION:A part of raw material air fed out of an adsorption device 7 at a raw material air compressing part 1 is fed into an expansion line 10 branched from a raw material air supplying line 2 and further a part of it is cooled down to a low temperature by an expansion turbine 12 to act as a cold heat source for a heat exchanger 11 and the remaining air is liquified by the cold heat source.
