The holder comprises tongs (7) with a number of arms (10a-d) gripping round the top of the can (8). One end of each arm rotates freely on a pivot axle (12a), while the other free end has a protuberance (15a-d) gripping under a peripheral protuberance (9) on the can.The pivot axle moves the arms between a bottom (U) and top (O) position, via a holding (H) position in between. The pivot axle is at right angles below a rail (2).
