PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricating oil composition without causing dusting by mixing a grease selected from a metallic soap grease and a nonmetallic soap organic grease with a urethane polymer and an aromatic polyamine curing agent in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:A grease (a) selected from a metallic soap grease, such as a mineral oil type lithium grease prepared by dispersing lithium stearate in a base oil, and a nonmetallic soap organic grease, such as a mineral oil type diurea grease prepared by dispersing an aliphatic urea compound in a base oil, is mixed with a urethane polymer (b) having a molecular weight of 400-10000 and an isocyanate group content of 1-10wt.% in a specified mixing ratio. The resulting mixture is mixed with an aromatic polyamine curing agent (c) of an amino content of 1-10wt.% in an amount to give a sum total of (b) and (c) of 20-80wt.% based on the total weight of the composition and to give a (b) to (c) weight ratio of 10/1 to 1/1, and the obtained mixture is defoamed, allowed to stand at room temperature to 80 deg.C for 1-20hr, and molded into this lubricating oil composition of a desired form. |
