PURPOSE:To automatically perform a series of works from cutting a high voltage and resistance cable to crimping a bent terminal via the alignment of an identification mark for the terminal. CONSTITUTION:This cutting and coincident crimping device 1 has a cable cutting station 3, a mark alignment station 4, a mark position turning station 3, a skin peeling station 6, and a terminal crimping station 7. The station 4 is equipped with an image processing TV camera 14 to discriminate the identification mark 8 of a high voltage and resistance cable 2. The cable 2 is turned in a peripheral direction and operation for the travel thereof is stopped after the mark 8 is identified. At the station 5, the cable 2 positioned with the station 4 is turned by the prescribed angle in a peripheral direction, thereby aligning the mark 8 toward the prescribed direction. |
