Also, in this mail information, an address and a full name of a transmitter and a receiver generated each time and a specific part such as the pattern part, etc., of the part which becomes the same sentence each time in mail sentences are encoded an recorded and stored in an information storage device 17 of a transmitting side post office 12, electrical transmission of the mail electronic information from the transmitter side is limited to each code part and a sentence and data, etc., which are added newly, and by calling the specific part of the mail information from this code subjected to electrical transmission, the mail information is obtained, therefore, the electronic information quantity to be transmitted is reduced and the mail matter is delivered more quickly. |
