PURPOSE:To decrease starting torque, by previously providing a part contacting with a rotary disc in a bearing metal and reducing frictional force of the bearing metal. CONSTITUTION:A part 10a frequently contacting with a rotary disc 2 and parts 10b not contacting with the disc 2 at all are formed to the surface of a bearing metal 10. When the disc 2 is started to rotate, a pad 3 is applied with shearing force F from the disc 2 by a thrust load W and hydraulic force. On the other hand, frictional force Q of the bearing metal 10 is Q=AXalphaXSm, if area AXalpha of the contacting part 10a is formed in a small value, the frictional force Q is also decreased to obtain a relation F>Q, and starting torque can be decreased. |
