PURPOSE:To easily attain a channel selection by selecting a video to be actually displayed on a display screen from among the plural reproducible videos based on the operating direction of a operating member. CONSTITUTION:A joy stick type controller 5 is incorporated in a remote controller 2, and an operator 8 at which a dimple 8A is formed is fixed to the play edge of a bar-shaped member 7. When a user operates the dimple 8A with fingers, a direction in which the dimple 8A is pushed down is detected by a direction detecting part 9 and an inclination detecting part 10 of an operating position detecting part 11, and transmitted to the display control part of a video display processing part. The video display processing part displays the slave screen of the channel corresponding to the corresponding position of a main screen, based on the operating direction of the dimple 8A. Next, at the time of rotating the dimple 8A, the channel is successively switched, moved, and displayed. When the dimple 8A is restored to a central position, the channel of the main screen is made the same as the slave screen, and the slave screen is erased. |
