The ski fastening includes at least one front (3) and one rear (2) engagement members for a boot (6) which are associable with the ski (1). Independent adjustment members (12) of the two engagement members are provided on at least one of the front and rear engagement members or on the ski. This allows the skier to achieve, by means of an intervention located in a specific point, an independent adjustment of the two members for the engagement of the boot.
